Incorporation
<p>I am about to start the process of incorporating Murmp. I have chosen to go the LLC route, but am debating on whether or not to file myself or go through a company.</p>
<p>My next action is going to be meeting with a CPA to discuss what is going to be my best options. The main question I have at the moment is which state to incorporate in. If I don't incorporate in my home state of Tennessee, then Delaware and Nevada are the top two choices.</p>
